If you place your order on Friday, processing will begin the next business day, which is Monday. Once your payment is processed, your package should arrive in 4-5 business days if you are located in ​​Italy, for international shipping, your package should arrive within 5- 12 working days.

When purchasing CUSTOM WIGS, the processing time is 5-10 business days as they are custom made to order and take longer to make. 

PREORDER takes 15-21 business days for processing time.

If you are located outside of Italy, your package should arrive within 5-12 business days.

After an order has been dispatched, please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging, please contact your local post office if you have any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for making sure it is correct, if your package is returned you are responsible for paying postage again.
