We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order is processed.

Please allow 2-4 business days for payment and order processing. Payment processing occurs from Monday to Thursday. If you place an order on Friday, processing will commence on the next business day, which is Monday. Once payment is processed, the package should arrive within 4-5 business days if you are in Italy. For international shipping, the package should arrive within 5-12 business days.

When purchasing CUSTOM WIGS, the processing time is 5-10 business days as they are made to order and require additional time to be crafted.

PREORDERS require 15-21 business days for processing time.

Processing times may vary when ordering during a sale due to high volume.

If you are outside of Italy, the package should arrive within 5-12 business days.

After an order is shipped, please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging; contact the local post office in case of issues.

Ensure that your address is correct at the time of payment, as we are not responsible for ensuring its accuracy. If the package is returned, you are required to pay shipping fees again.
